Job description: We are currently seeking an Analyst to join our Valuation & Advisory Services team.
Our Valuation & Advisory Services platform is part of a global network comprised of experienced, licensed, qualified appraisers who use local insights and their years of expertise to deliver accurate, reliable and prompt valuations. We provide sound advice, no matter the size of a property, complexity of a project, or industry focus. Our professionals offer a full range of expertise, including counsel in financing, due diligence, risk analysis, balance sheet reporting, dispute resolutions and IPO listings.
The successful candidate will successfully complete assignments in connection with commercial real estate valuation and consulting assignments which may include estimation of cash flow, discounted cash flow models, analyses of comparable sales and cost analyses.
Open to location, with a preference for Phoenix or San Francisco.
Analyzing market data and comparable transactions
Estimating rent values and highest and best use
Performing lease abstracts
Conducting market surveys
1-3 years of related experience (finance, analysis, research)
Certified General Appraiser Trainee preferred
Experience in appraisal/valuation services industry highly desirable
Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, economics, finance, and/or real estate preferred
Outstanding academic achievement
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Real estate related internship strongly preferred
ARGUS experience preferred but not required
Advanced analytical & writing skills
